Ordering Information

  1. Please indicate the exact titles and order numbers as listed.
  2. When ordering please mark names and addresses clearly and indicate telephone number with area code.
  3. Please include Purchase Order Number on the ordering form.
  4. All orders will be held until receipt of payment.*
  5. Payments will be accepted by cheque or money order in Canadian funds, do not send cash through the mail.
  6. All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars.
  7. All orders are subject to an additional 12% shipping and handling fee, with a minimum of $5.00 on orders within Canada. Orders over $100.00 are subject to a 10% shipping and handling fee.
  8. Books and Materials will be shipped via Canada Post Surface mail unless otherwise indicated.
  9. GST will be added on to all Canadian orders.
  10. If you are not satisfied with the material you purchased we will give you a full refund (less shipping and handling) provided the product(s) is returned in resaleable condition within 30 days of purchase, all return costs are absorbed by the purchaser.
  11. All returns must be authorized by James Battle and Associates prior to return.
  12. Prices are subject to change without notice.

*Schools and other organizations may order items via purchase order provided an account is first set up with James Battle & Associates. To set up an account please fax or mail a copy of your letterhead, along with your purchase/accounting department’s contact information to our office (780) 482-3332.
